Q: What are these products made from?
A: Hive Tech Solutions' expert analysis has led us to select PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) as the most suitable material for our 3D printed products. Its combination of strength and temperature-stability ensures it can meet the specific requirements of network cabinets. For applications that require the addition of durable steel, Hive Tech Solutions offers the PRO Series.
Q: How does 3D printing work?
A: 3D printing is a process of creating three-dimensional objects by layering materials based on a digital design. This is performed through the use of our specialised printers that melt and deposit the material in successive layers until the object is complete. Please note that due to the nature of this process there may be slight cosmetic differences, however this does not affect item functionality.
Q: How can I custom order?
A: If you require a design that doesn't exist in our range or needs adjustment, please feel free to contact us. We would love to hear from you.
Q: Do you sell .STL files?
A: Not at this stage.
Q: How long is turnaround?
A: We print items to order. Our usual turnaround for smaller orders is 1-3 days. Bulk orders will take longer. Please contact us for an estimate time.

Returns
Q: What if the item is damaged/faulty?
A: We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers, but we understand that on rare occasions, items may arrive damaged or faulty. In the event that this happens, we offer a refund or replacement for the affected item(s) provided that we are notified within 14 days of receipt.
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: If the order is personalised (with a specified logo/branding) we cannot refund. If you change your mind about a standard order please let us know ASAP so we can take action to cancel the print prior to shipping.

A: We have an active Etsy store you are welcome to visit.
Q: Do you have a shopfront I can visit?
A: We are not open for the general public to visit. Pickup can be arranged, but this is appointment only.
